scraper conveyor can maintain continuous operation and production can proceed normally. Otherwise, the entire coal mining face will appear in a state of shutdown, causing the entire production to be interrupted.
The
working principle of a
scraper conveyor is to use an open chute as a bearing member for coal, gangue, or materials, and to fix the scraper on a chain (forming a scraper chain) as a traction member. After the head transmission unit operates, the sprocket on the belt conveyor head shaft rotates, causing the scraper chain to circulate and move the belt material along the chute until it reaches the head for unloading. The scraper chain operates in a stepless closed cycle around the chain wheel to complete the transportation of materials.
