1. Check the abnormality of drive motor and reducer every day; check the elongation of
conveyor belt scraper every month and adjust it in time;
2. Check the belt of
conveyor scraper loosening every day and adjust it in time;
3. Check whether the
conveyor belt scraper is elongated monthly and adjust it in time;
4. Check whether the drum rotates flexibly every month and repair it in time;
5. Check the coincidence of transmission sprocket and chain every month, adjust it in time and add lubricant to chain;
6. Blow the dust out of the control box with an air gun every month to prevent malfunction;
7. Clean internal gear oil should be replaced 100 hours after the first use of the reducer. After replacing the new oil, it should be replaced every 2500 hours;
8. Make a big maintenance once a year to check the damage degree of accessories.
