1. Large transportation volume. Developed coal mining countries abroad have developed scraper conveyors with an hourly transportation capacity of up to 1500t (in the 1980s) and 3500t (in the 1990s).
2. Long transportation distance. In order to reduce the loss of coal pillars during the mining area stage and increase the length of the working face, the length of the scraper conveyor has reached over 335 meters.
3. High power electric motor. The power of the electric motor has developed to a single speed motor of 525kW and a double speed motor of 500/250kW.
4. Long lifespan. Due to the use of large diameter circular chain, the strength of the scraper chain has been increased, and the service life of the scraper conveyor has been extended. The total coal throughput of the entire machine is over 6 million tons.
