Chain breakage. The chain may break because of poor quality, serious wear or corrosion, reduced diameter of chain section, low strength, deformation of scraper tank, serious coal jamming of scraper, excessive tension, mismatch of length and pitch, and so on.
Chain drop. Chain of Chain Scraper Conveyor dropping may occur due to the head not aligned with the seat, serious wear of the sprocket, unstable tension, tilting of the scraper, excessive pitch, serious degree of bending and other reasons.
Floating chain. The Scraper Conveyor is not flat or straight, and there is a groove; the scraper chain is too tight, squeezing the coal to one side of the chute; the scraper chain runs on the coal; the scraper chain is too tight or improperly adjusted, the coal is on one side of the chute, and the scraper conveyor belt is inclined, which will result in the scraper chain falling out of the groove.
Bottom chain out of the chute. Chain Scraper Conveyor itself is not straight, the upper drum and lower concave, excessive bending; the chute is seriously worn; the two chains are of different lengths, resulting in a skewed scraper or shortening of the chain distance between the two chains due to excessive bending of the Scraper Conveyor.
