People's Congress Delegation of Liying Sub-district Inspects AI Intelligent Industry Development at Shandong China Coal Group

On July 9, the Working Committee of the People's Congress of Liying Sub-district, Rencheng District organized a delegation of municipal and district-level People's Congress deputies. Accompanied by Wei Zhongxun, a district People's Congress deputy and Director of the Working Committee of the People's Congress of Jiezhuang Sub-district, the delegation conducted an on-site cross-constituency research visit to Shandong China Coal Group. Guan Chenghui, Party Secretary of the Group, Lu Shuli, Deputy Party Secretary, Wang Man, Assistant to the General Manager and other group leaders received the delegation.

Accompanied by the group’s senior management, the delegation visited the Group’s corporate culture exhibition hall, intelligent manufacturing achievements exhibition hall, intelligent equipment exhibition hall, AI Intelligence Center, cross-border e-commerce company, e-commerce company, operation company and technology company business sectors in sequence. They gained in-depth insights into the Group’s development journey, core technology layout and collaborative industrial chain innovation achievements in AI digital economy and industrial Internet sectors. The Group has prioritized AI layout and applied AI technologies to all work scenarios. The management delivered a comprehensive briefing focusing on key areas including digital equipment R&D, industrial Internet platform construction, and the empowerment of the real economy via digital technologies. As they toured the premises, the deputies observed closely, raised questions and engaged in in-depth on-site exchanges with the enterprise regarding the digital transformation of industries, cultivation of scientific and innovative talents, integration of local industries, and enterprise service guarantees. They asked detailed questions about project implementation, technology research and development, market expansion, employment generation and other practical matters, and carefully recorded the enterprise’s development demands and suggestions for industrial development.

The delegation fully affirmed the Group’s development path of adhering to scientific and technological innovation and empowering the real economy with digital technologies. Zhou Qingyu, a district People's Congress deputy and member of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, stated that the digital economy serves as a key driver for high-quality development in Rencheng.
