Leaders of the Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technicians Visit China Coal Group to Guide the Innovative Application of AI Agents

On August 20, Sun Fangyi, former member of the Standing Committee of the Jining Municipal People’s Congress, former Director of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, and Vice President of the Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technicians, led a delegation including Vice President Wang Jue, Supervisory Board Chairman Wang Zhiqiang, Deputy Secretaries-General Li Guangji, Liu Kuanliang, Li Xiaodong and Cai Yong, and Deputy Director of the Office Zhao Laiqiang to visit Shandong China Coal Group for an inspection and guidance on the innovative application of AI agents. China Coal Group Chairman Qu Qing, General Manager Han Yong, Group General Manager of Informatization and General Manager of Zhongyun Group Li Zhenbo, Party Secretary Guan Chenghui and Assistant General Manager Wang Man warmly received the delegation.

The visit focused on an in-depth field study of China Coal Group’s innovative application of AI agents, intelligent technology research and development, and the implementation and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. As an officially designated “Science and Technology Innovation Base” of the Jining Association of Senior Scientists and Technicians, Shandong China Coal Group has maintained close cooperation and regular exchanges with the association in scientific and technological innovation for many years. During the inspection, the leaders of the municipal association visited the Group’s product exhibition hall, digital exhibition hall, China Coal AI Intelligence Center and cross-border e-commerce company. They observed the Group’s intelligent manufacturing equipment, digital management and control systems, and the practical application of AI agent technologies. The Group also provided a detailed introduction to its core industrial layout, scientific and technological innovation system, as well as the research and development iterations, technological strengths, application scenarios and industrialization progress of China Coal AI agents. These achievements received high praise from the visiting leaders.

Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of the Group and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, gave a detailed explanation of the core architecture, operating model and implementation results of China Coal AI agents. He particularly highlighted the operating model in which one person can simultaneously control seven AI agents, enabling seven intelligent operations across the entire business process: AI product launches, AI intelligent reception, AI inquiry and intent screening, AI intelligent outbound calls, AI customer risk control, AI supplier matching and AI intelligent deal closing. The integrated intelligent system enables seven AI agents to work simultaneously and continuously 24 hours a day, significantly reducing labor costs and improving operational efficiency.He stated that Shandong China Coal Group has always attached great importance to the independent research and development of core artificial intelligence technologies and their implementation in practical scenarios. The Group regards intelligent and digital innovation as a core strategy for corporate transformation, upgrading and high-quality development.
