SGD-320/17B scraper conveyor is mainly used for conveying coal in the guns taken working face of underground small coal seams in small and medium-sized coal mines. The scraper chain is a single circular chain, and the central trough is an integral chute, which can be bent horizontally and vertically. Therefore, the machine can be moved in use.
SGD-320/17B scraper conveyor is mainly used for gently tilting or ultra-thin, medium-thick coal seam mining face, roadway and chute to transport coal in small and medium-sized coal mines. It can also be matched with coal mining machine to realize mechanized production. The working principle of the SGD320/17B scraper conveyor is to use the open chute as a bearing for coal, vermiculite or material, and fix the scraper on the chain (constituting the scraper chain) as the traction member. When the head drive is activated, the sprocket on the driven head shaft rotates, causing the scraper chain to circulate and move the animal material along the chute until the head is unloaded. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket for a stepless closed cycle operation to complete the material transport.
