SGD420/22 Type Scraper Chain Conveyor

SGD420/22 type scraper conveyor is mainly used for conveying coal in the shrinking thin coal seam blasting working face, which can be used for horizontal transportation or for inclined transportation. When transporting along an inclined upward direction, the inclination angle of the coal seam shall not exceed 25°, and when transporting downward, the inclination angle shall not exceed 20°. When the inclination angle of the coal seam is large, an anti-skid device shall be installed. The baffle plate on both sides of the central trough can be used to transport coal in the trough.

The transmission part of SGD420/22 type scraper conveyor is mainly composed of motor, shaft, reducer, drive sprocket, chain tensioner, blind shaft and head frame. The motor, reducer and headstock are in a parallel arrangement.

The matching motor of SGD420/22 type scraper conveyor is YBS-22-4 type explosion-proof motor. For the full load start, the starting torque and maximum torque of the motor are both 2.7 times the rated torque. The temperature rise of the motor is large, and it can operate well under frequent starting conditions.

The SGD420/22 type scraper conveyor adopts JS-30 type reducer, which is a three-stage deceleration and involute gear transmission. The total transmission is 22.24. The first stage is a circular bevel gear, the second stage is a cylindrical helical gear, and the third stage is a cylindrical spur gear.

The headstock is an integral welded component. The drive sprocket axis hole is the positioning hole for installing the reducer or blind shaft. There are holes for inserting the chain hooks on the upper edges of the head frame. Each side plate has aφ200 and sixφ26 holes for mounting the reducer.

The chain tensioning device is used for squeegee conveying, installing, dismounting or changing the laying length and tightening the squeegee chain when adjusting the tightening force. The chain tensioning device comprises two parts of a chain hook.
