1. Check the abnormality of drive motor and reducer every day; check the elongation of conveyor belt every month and adjust it in time;1. Check the abnormality of the drive motor and reducer every day;
2. Check the belt loosening every day and adjust it in time.
3. Check whether the conveyor belt is elongated monthly and adjust it in time;
4. Check whether the drum rotates flexibly every month and repair it in time.
5. Check the coincidence of transmission sprocket and chain every month, adjust it in time and add lubricant to chain;
6. Blow the dust out of the control box with an air gun every month to prevent malfunction.
7. Clean internal gear oil should be replaced 100 hours after the first use of the reducer. After replacing the new oil, it should be replaced every 2500 hours.
8. Make a big maintenance once a year to check the damage degree of accessories.
