According to the conveying capacity and material characteristics, select the appropriate chain speed to make the scraper chain run under reasonable load conditions. For common materials, the speed range of the scraper chain is generally 0.16 ～ 0.5m / s. The selection of specific speed can refer to the national standard GB10596.1-89 standard and the actual use experience of units in the same industry.

The scraper chain is composed of a basic chain link that plays a traction role and a scraper chain link that completes the scraping operation.
