After the motor runs for 200 hours, drain all the oil and replace it with new oil to ensure the durability of the motor. Thereafter, the motor needs to be replaced with new oil every six months. The oil level needs to be checked once a week, and refueling is required when insufficient.
When lubricating the spline of the chain scraper conveyor reducer and the sprocket shaft, it is necessary to remove the sprocket shaft group, and then apply lithium-based grease for one week in the direction of tooth height. The refueling cycle is once every two months.
