1. The type, structure, and number of layers of the coal mining scraper conveyor belt should be selected fairly according to the application premise.
2, the conveyor belts with different types and specifications should not be connected together for application, and the joints should preferably be glued.
3. In the transportation and storage of the coal mining scraper conveyor, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, prevent contact with materials such as acid and alkali oil organic solvents, etc., and assemble it with a fever of 1 meter apart.
4. The running speed of the coal mining scraper conveyor belt should not exceed 2.5 meters / second. The blocky and worn materials should be fixed-force unloading assembly. Low speed should be adopted.
5, the receiving section of the tape should shorten the distance between the idler rollers and adopt buffer idler rollers. In order to prevent material leakage, a soft and moderate blanking plate should be used on the belt side to prevent the blanking plate from being too hard, scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt, and feeding orientation. Should be adapted to the purpose of the running standard of the tape, in order to reduce the impact of the material on the tape when the chute should be taken to reduce the material landing interval.
