Of course, buried scraper conveyors are not just due to this factor. If the scraper chain is suddenly stuck in the coal, or is dislocated at the other end of the chute, it will also cause the same consequences; or when the buried scraper conveyor is installed, the sealing performance of the scraper chain will not be well adjusted. In order to make the buried scraper conveyor work normally, the inspection and maintenance of the scraper chain must be strengthened, and corresponding management measures must be taken.
One is to adjust the sprocket in time to make its teeth symmetrical. If the two sprockets are not uniformly worn, replacing the two sprockets will result in a balanced stress on the two sprockets, and the scrapers of the two sprockets will not tilt during use. Buried scraper conveyors, on the other hand, must use hydraulic couplings to reduce shock loads on the chain. After a period of use, the plate chain can be disassembled and turned 90 degrees to continue to use, the position of the horizontal scraper chain and the vertical scraper chain can be changed, and the worn position can prolong the service life of the chain. At the same time, prevent the scraper chain of the buried scraper conveyor from being too tight and loose; keep the machine running in a straight line to avoid sharp turns; there must be no floating coal at the bottom of the tank, and sometimes it should be removed in time to reduce the resistance of the scraper chain during operation.
