2. The surface of all components and parts of the scraper conveyor shall be coated with anti rust oil.
3. When it is necessary to store the parts for a long time or the protective layer fails due to the damage to the packaging box of the parts, the parts of the scraper conveyor should be subject to rust prevention treatment again.
4. During storage of the components of the scraper conveyor, mechanical damage should be prevented.
5. Electrical equipment and spare parts should be stored on shelves in the warehouse or in original packaging, with moisture and dust prevention measures.
6. Rubber products should be stored in a heating warehouse, and the air should not contain alkaline, acidic, or other corrosive gases.
7. When storing the reducer, inject anti-corrosion oil to the top, remove the vent plug, install bolts, and tighten them. During storage, it is necessary to manually rotate the input shaft of the reducer at regular intervals (one month) to rotate the output shaft of the reducer for at least one cycle.
8. When storing sprockets, the sprocket cavity should be filled with anti-corrosion oil. During storage, it is necessary to manually rotate the sprocket shaft for at least one cycle at certain intervals (one month).
9. All parts and components of the scraper conveyor is strictly prohibited from being soaked in water.
