Selection Of Scraper Conveyor

This article introduces the selection of chain scraper conveyor for everyone.
(1) Chain speed selection
Users should first choose an appropriate chain speed based on the state of the material. If it is a material with high temperature, more coarse particles, or larger particles, slow speed should be chosen
(2) Model selection
After determining the chain speed, the most suitable model can be selected based on the conveying capacity. Under the same conveying capacity, choosing a larger model can reduce chain speed and prolong service life. However, the conveying capacity should not be too small. If the actual quantity is lower than the rated conveying capacity of the machine by 30, the material layer is too thin during use, which will cause idling and increase wear.
(3) Selection of import and export ports
For materials with poor fluidity or high temperature, it is generally not advisable to use an upper feeding port to avoid poor feeding.
Due to the limitations of process layout, when the first feeding port is relatively close to the tail shaft (the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed), it is generally not advisable to use the upper feeding port.
