1. Deviation during material transportation
Reason: When the conveyor belt scraper conveyor deviates, the material changes due to changes in the height of the two edges during belt operation. One side is higher and the other side is lower, and the material is scattered from the bottom.
Solution: Adjust the deviation of the belt.
2. Conveyor belt scraper conveyor slipping
Reason: The conveyor belt scraper conveyor channel has a large amount of water spray, overload, insufficient belt tension, and the belt is squeezed by materials when the vehicle is fully loaded. The design value of the friction coefficient between the driving roller and the belt does not match the actual value.
Treatment method: Take anti watering measures, control the feeding amount, prohibit overload operation, adjust the tensioning roller, and increase the belt tension. When pressing down the belt, first remove some material from the belt, and then drive to increase the friction coefficient of the driving roller.
3. Material during suspension of concave belt
Reason: In the concave belt section, when the curvature radius of the concave part is small, the belt will be suspended. At this point, the belt is grooved and leaves the slotted idler group, resulting in a smaller angle of the belt groove and some material being scattered.
Solution: When designing and installing a conveyor belt scraper conveyor, to avoid this situation, use a larger concave curvature radius.
