Although the price of ceramic plywood is relatively expensive, usually three times that of rubber plywood, the service life of ceramic plywood is longer. Generally, ordinary rubber plywood needs to be replaced due to rubber wear after two years of use, while ceramic plywood under the same working conditions can be used for more than 10 years.
4. Strengthen the coordination of production scheduling and the implementation of equipment maintenance systems to avoid belt slipping accidents caused by operational and equipment issues, and ensure safe production.
Regarding the maintenance of conveyor belt scraper conveyor, it is necessary to ensure that the workplace is kept clean and that motors, hydraulic couplings, and reducers have good heat dissipation conditions; Before work, carefully check whether the hydraulic coupling and other components are leaking oil, whether the steel wire rope is loose, and whether the conveyor belt is running off; Regularly check whether the fastening parts are firm and reliable; Regularly inspect the conveyor belt joints and promptly repair or replace any broken ones.
