6. Check the remaining transmission components of the conveyor belt scraper conveyor, such as the symmetry of bearings and shaft sleeves, durability and lubrication.
7. Install a new conveyor belt on the pulley of the conveyor belt scraper conveyor, do not pry or use excessive force.
8. Tighten the center distance of the conveyor belt scraper conveyor transmission device until the tension measuring instrument measures the appropriate tension of the conveyor belt. Rotate the driving wheel several times by hand and retest the tension.
9. Tighten the assembly bolts of the motor and correct the torque. Due to any change in the center distance of the rotating device during operation, it is necessary to ensure that all rotating device components are tightened, which can lead to poor performance of the conveyor belt.
10. Although the tension of the conveyor belt of the conveyor belt scraper conveyor no longer needs to be adjusted, we still recommend starting the device and observing the performance of the conveyor belt to see if there is any abnormal vibration and listen carefully for any abnormal noise. It is best to turn off the machine and check the condition of the bearings and motors; If it feels too hot to the touch, it may be due to the conveyor belt being too tight, the bearings being asymmetrical, or poor lubrication.
