During this period, check if there are any abnormalities in the motor and rotating parts, whether the buffering roller rotates flexibly, and whether the conveyor belt has any deviation or direction deviation.
2. First run at full load, and then only after normal operation can the actual loading operation be carried out. It is decisively not allowed to discharge the material before running to prevent problems from occurring.
3. The operation status of mechanical equipment should be observed anytime and anywhere. Once abnormal conditions are found in the conveyor belt, adjustment or maintenance should be immediately terminated.
4. During the operation of the coal mining scraper conveyor, it is not allowed to cross from the top or bottom of the conveyor belt.
If transporting bulk raw materials, safety devices should be installed to ensure safety.
When the coal mining scraper conveyor is shut down, first disconnect the power supply of the switch, and then carry out the solution.
