Debugging of scraper chain conveyor
1. After comprehensive inspection and confirmation of all systems of the equipment, the equipment will first undergo no-load debugging work. After all faults are eliminated, a 10-20 hour no-load running in test will be conducted, and finally a load test vehicle will be conducted.
2. Are the teeth of the driving sprocket, tail wheel, and traction chain, as well as the single-layer scraper chain conveyor, operating under normal meshing conditions. If the difference is significant, the bearing seat bolts of the active and passive sprockets can be twisted to slightly adjust the centerline position of the active and passive sprockets.
3. Adjust the tensioning device to achieve a balanced and moderate initial tension of the secondary traction chain. If the initial tension is too high, it will increase power consumption; If it is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of the sprocket and traction chain, increasing instability during operation.
4. Check all walking rollers for flexible rotation. If there is any jamming or sliding phenomenon, it should be replaced or eliminated immediately.
5. During operation, any jamming or forced mechanical friction of the moving components should be immediately eliminated.
