2、Empty test run, so that the scraper chain rotary week, scraper chain tightening and loosening uniformly appropriate, flexible rotation of the tail drum, from the coupling ring bolts, scraper and pin chain defective or skewed, must be shut down to deal with.
3、Not allowed to overload start, due to overload can not start normally, continuous start shall not exceed five times, each time does not exceed 10 seconds, the conveyor should be smooth, no abnormal ringing and vibration.
4、Move the conveyor to follow the order from the bottom up, that is, support the end of the pressure column to push the conveyor to a predetermined position, and then re-strike the end of the pressure column.
5、Working face to move the conveyor, must be carried out under the protection of temporary support, that is, under the premise of first support and then back. Move the conveyor in place, and play the conveyor side base column, before withdrawing the temporary pillar. When moving the conveyor, you must lock the starter and remove the safety pin. Move the conveyor, a retraction pillar can not be more than 20, and in the top beam to play a good plate pin.
6、Scraper conveyor transport columns, jacks, cable groove, intermediate groove, frame and other large parts, you must drive the coal mining machine to the lower end of the head to stop, and power off, lock, and contact with the console electrician.
7、After the coal on the scraper is pulled out, lock the scraper conveyor, hoist the large materials into the scraper with inverted chain slowly, and bundle them together with the scraper and scraper chain, and then unlock the scraper conveyor and put it down only after the foreman checks it.
8、When lifting large pieces into the scraper, no one can stand within 10 meters below the large pieces.
9、When putting down the large materials, there must be a person to monitor the material running condition, if there is any abnormality, immediately lock the scraper machine, deal with the normal, agreed by the foreman, before continuing to put down.
10、Large pieces of delivery in place, must lock the scraper conveyor, and set up a person to guard the locking key, without the consent of the person in charge, shall not be unlocked.
