These two situations are more complicated because some temporary short-term overload faults often occur. However, if it is not handled in time, it will evolve into a continuous overload, or the scraper conveyor will resume normal operation immediately after self-removal.
In other words, short-term overload does not mean an accident, so in this case, coal mining scraper conveyor does not have to stop working. However, overcurrent protection cannot be judged and identified. Once the load current rises to the specified limit value, the scraper conveyor will immediately stop working to control the continuous overload of the scraper conveyor. The results also limit the possibility of achieving good results.
In actual production, due to the overcurrent protection, coal mining scraper conveyor will also cause a lot of unnecessary downtime, which can not eliminate the failure of the scraper chain during operation, thereby greatly reducing the equipment transportation efficiency.
However, sometimes the overcurrent protection in coal mining scraper conveyor cannot effectively protect the equipment, especially when the equipment fails. It can be seen that adding a motor overcurrent protector cannot completely protect the scraper conveyor and has greater limitations.
