Common troubleshooting of chain scraper conveyor

During the operation of the chain scraper conveyor, the phenomenon that the scraper chain floats the chain, the scraper skews, and even damages the tank is a common failure. You can find the cause from the following aspects:

1.Whether the installation of the scraper chain of the chain scraper conveyor meets the requirements;

(2) Improper maintenance of the driver, did not find in time that the connecting bolts of the connecting ring and the scraper fell off, causing the scraper to fall off;

(3) The scraper chain of the  scraper chain conveyor is loose or improperly adjusted, causing the scraper chain to fall out of groove;

(4) There is a lot of coal accumulation at the tail wheel, resulting in chain grooves.

(5) When transporting lump coal, vermiculite, or sticky coal, on the groove wall about 1 m away from the machine head, you can use tape or waste wire rope to make a cleaner to clean the materials that are not easy to fall off on the scraper chain.
