Step (1) Pay off according to the position of the equipment. After measuring the length of the head, tail "T" line and the longitudinal centerline of the scraper conveyor, check the position of the base bolt holes (or embedded bolts) of the head and tail frames at this center. After confirming that the error meets the installation requirements (including horizontal size, vertical size, diagonal size, specifications and length of embedded bolts), proceed to the next step. Otherwise, the foundation bolt holes (or embedded bolts) must be processed until the installation requirements are met.
Step (2) Use the center line to install the headstock, headwheel assembly (the headwheel assembly has been assembled by the general equipment manufacturer before leaving the factory), the tailstock, and the tensioning device. Bolts secure the frame to the foundation. After installation, the headstock and tailstock must be parallel. The horizontal centerline of the sprocket and the longitudinal centerline of the conveyor should not exceed 2mm. The axis of the two sprocket wheels should be parallel to the centerline of the scraper conveyor The error does not exceed 1/1000, and the horizontal error of the two sprocket shafts does not exceed 0.5 / 1000.
Step (3) Install the middle groove. The headstock and tailstock have angle steel flanges connected to the intermediate slot. The intermediate slot and the intermediate slot bracket are spot welded. The bracket and the embedded steel plate are temporarily fixed. The intermediate slot is integrated into one body. The whole is leveled and aligned. Bolts are used. It is connected with the headstock and the tailstock as a whole, and it is welded firmly and fixed. In order to ensure the straightness of the total length, the intermediate groove flanges, the intermediate groove flanges and the headstock and tailstock angle steel flanges can be adjusted with appropriate rubber pads or other materials. The allowable deviation of the vertical and horizontal axis positions of the body is not more than 3mm, the relative height difference between the rails in the middle groove is not more than 5mm, and the joint is not more than 1mm from top to bottom and left to right.
Step (4) Install the head drive system. The output shaft of the reducer and the centerline of the head wheel must be exactly aligned and kept consistent. After the installation, the gap and levelness between the coupling and the reducer should comply with relevant regulations.
