2. The sprocket is not related to the chain pitch, the shape of the chain socket, the tooth shape, and the length error of the double chain.
3. The tension of the scraper conveyor chain is not enough (loose), so it is easy to form a pile at the tail of the machine and skip the chain. It is important to calculate the pre-tightening force, and it should not be over-tightened. If the chain and the middle groove are over-tightened, they will easily wear.
4. If the scraper is stuck, it will jump chain.
5. Pin shaft wear becomes thinner and chain plate pin holes become larger, which will cause the chain pitch to widen. If it does not match the sprocket teeth during transmission, the chain will jump.
6. The sprocket tooth surface and the cogging wear, making the sprocket pitch diameter smaller, the sprocket pitch does not match the chain pitch, and it will also cause chain skipping.
