1. Use qualified and high-quality conveyor scraper chains and suitable coupling rings. Abrasion resistance, strength, and corrosion resistance must meet the requirements.
2. The worn scraper chain should be inspected and repaired regularly for replacement and improvement, and the tension of the scraper chain should be ensured to prevent the scraper chain from becoming too loose, causing impact chain breakage and chain tension breaking.
3. In terms of manpower, the conveyor driver must undergo strict training before taking up his job. Only when he obtains an employment permit, he must have a high sense of responsibility. He must be careful and cautious in his work. To improve the technical quality of their own business.
4. Strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment, so as to timely replace the worn-out scrapers, coupling rings and fasteners.

We must carefully study its equipment principles, scientifically use and manage the equipment, check it continuously during operation, and timely deal with any problems found.
