When dealing with the problem, first send out a stop signal, pull the handle of the control switch to the power off position and lock it, and then hang the power outage card. A start signal is issued during operation. After the front scraper chain conveyor starts to operate, it will be jogged twice, then officially started, and then the sprinkler switch is turned on. Only the correct operation of the chain scraper conveyor can minimize the frequency of failure of the chain scraper conveyor during operation.
