When the standard coal mining scraper conveyor was installed and stopped at no load, there was no abnormality. As the weight increases, the coal mining scraper conveyor exhibits a state in which the chain of the tail chain jumps and shakes. For this problem, we make the following analysis.
The standard rear wheel of the coal mining scraper conveyor has insufficient tension. The tension of the rear wheel of the tractor is stopped by the weight of the lever suspension, so the weight increases to the tensioning device of the rear wheel, and the roller press gradually increases to restart the feeding of the roller press. At about 50% of the time, the tail chain ratchet phenomenon occurs at the beginning, and the tension link forms a bending deformation, and the pin at the fulcrum also breaks. According to the analysis, after increasing the weight, due to the vibration of the chain of the tail chain, the impact load on the tensioner also increases, and the deformation of the formed link and the breakage of the pin shaft, thereby eliminating the amount of cleaning and lifting.
There is a problem with the alignment of the standard head wheel and tail wheel of the coal mining scraper conveyor. Then, the technician re-checked the degree of the spindle to make it reach the standard of 0.3 mm/m; check the parallelism of the wire head and the sprocket. Check the pitch deviation of the rear teeth and the pitch of the chain.
