Inconsistent movement of the 9 groups of chains affects transportation. Due to the dramatic increase in the production rhythm, the failure rate of the mechanism also increased sharply. Later, the sprocket and the drive shaft had to be firmly welded together, so that the equipment that could be dismantled and replaced became one-time use. Secondly, the sprocket of the chain scraper conveyor is constantly worn out during long-term use, and the gear is prone to wear, causing the sprocket and the chain to be unsteady. If you want to change the sprocket, you need to remove the drive shaft as a whole. It takes a long time and the labor intensity of workers is high.
