The chain scraper conveyor conveys materials by chain transmission. In use, in addition to the bearing temperature, operators and maintenance personnel must do the following tasks.
(1) Regularly adjust the tightness of the scraper chain and make the two chains tight. Adjusting the scraper chain is performed by adjusting the tightening screw rod. If the stroke of the tightening screw rod is insufficient, the scraper chain should be replaced.
(2) Regularly check the fixing of the connecting ring and the scraper. If the connection bolts come loose and the scraper falls, the machine should be stopped immediately.
(3) When the scraper chains on both sides of the chain scraper conveyor are worn out and cause the scraper to tilt, it can be gradually corrected by using left and right swap methods. When the chain ring wear exceeds 25% of the original diameter, it should be replaced.
(4) In the use of a chain scraper conveyor, if the middle groove cast stone slab is found to be loose or falling off, it should be replaced immediately to avoid jamming the chain.
(5) Add grease to the bearing parts of the chain scraper conveyor every two months.
